• We provide a decentralized payment infrastructure for accepting USDT (BEP-20) transactions only.
• We do not offer fiat conversion, lending, staking, or crypto trading services.
• The user is fully responsible for sending the correct amount to the given address.
• Our service acts as a payment processor only and does not store or hold user funds.

Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. Transactions are irreversible. By using our service, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree that we are not liable for any financial loss, failed transactions due to network issues, or loss of private keys.

Payments are confirmed upon network validation. In case of delays or gas network congestion, confirmation may take longer. Please ensure you wait for sufficient confirmations before assuming a transaction is successful.

Transaction speed depends on Binance Smart Chain network conditions and gas fees selected by the user.

• Crypto payments are non-refundable unless a double payment or technical error can be verified from our logs.
• Refunds, if any, will be processed only to the original sender address.
• No refunds will be provided for transactions sent to incorrect addresses.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction.

We reserve the right to request user verification (KYC) for large volume transactions or suspected fraudulent activity. Users may be temporarily restricted until verification is completed.

We comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.

All content, branding, logos, scripts, and API documentation are the property of this website and may not be reused or republished without written consent.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services in accordance with these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to users or merchants who misuse the service, perform illegal activities, or violate our terms, with or without notice.

Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: fraudulent activity, abuse of our systems, or violation of applicable laws.

Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our operating jurisdiction for any legal actions.
